This small foil balloon is hard to inflate or and seal. These balloons typically comes with a stick (stick not included) since they are to small to float. To inflate the balloon, insert a straw into the hole, Inflate with air and sealed closed with a heat sealer, seal a meal curling iron. Without the proper sealer, it is hard to get a good seal. It is best to use the balloons uninflated, or contact your local balloon shop or florist to see if they can seal the balloon on your behalf.
