Emanate Your “Moxie”

We need greatness in the world more than we need any other single human or natural resource. As we move further into the 21st century perhaps for first time in history, we can think about the possibility of an entire society of great individuals. Anyone who is willing to take command for his or her own greatness is giving the world the best possible gift.

We all have dreams of one sort or another, but there are those of us that make excuses for not pursuing them. Often these excuses aren’t overt. It’s more a matter of inertia, of just ignoring the dreams, of maintaining the comfortable status quo. But one can break out of ones comfort zone to get more out of life.

You are immensely more creative than you could even begin to imagine. You came fully equipped as a creative being on the day you were born. Along with a beating heart and pumping lungs, came the ability to create. In any capacity. In any realm.

The really bad news is in order to use ones creative gifts to their fullest capacity you have to give something up. For many this is something very near and dear to their heart. One has to be willing to give up the belief that they are inessential. You have to behold yourself and all that you are and all that you do with an attitude of absolute love and honor and respect.

Our creativity, in whatever form it takes, was given to us as a way to access and express the deepest parts of whom we are. It is connected to our internal guidance system, also known as our intuition, that guides us with nailed down certainty to make positive, optimal life choices. It is a powerful tool for healing on both spiritual and psychological levels. And it keeps us viscerally connected to what is passionate, vital, and meaningful in our lives.

Life keeps happening, every day. Just because we don’t name the direction, doesn’t mean that we aren’t going in one. Every day we have the power and opportunity to create and define the lives that we want to live. Remember life is happening right now and it’s up to us to make it all that we want it to be! We cannot move forward in life by sitting on the bench. We have to get into the game.

An easy way to get started is to get into the habit of saying ‘yes’. And this includes instances when you’re not sure how you can aptly pull off the pursuit you’ve chosen.

One thing is definite for every venture we enter in to; we are destined to grow and flourish just by being a participant. And even if it doesn’t turn out quite the way it was envisioned; we are (always) bestowed invaluable treasures that can be handy in future pursuits.

From time to time, ‘No’ can be a fitting response. Particularly when by saying no, we’re really saying yes to something else. Just say, “No” so that you can say “Yes” to the things you really want to do. When we say, “Yes” to something we don’t want to do, we actually say, “No” to what we do want to do. Remember. This is your life.

Do you want to spend it doing things you don’t want to do or by doing what brings you joy, happiness and contributes to your overall satisfaction?

Wayne Dyer explains it so beautifully when he says; “The answer to how is Yes! When you say Yes to life, you attract divine guidance. This divine guidance shows up as ‘inspiration’. And, when you are inspired, you’re collaborating with fate. Everything starts working for you. The most profound and important thing a person can do to erase fear and access the power of intention is repeating these five key words: I want to feel good!”

Your curriculum is your life. Your participation is not optional. The degree of your suffering is. Life Is Good because you say so.

When you lose your inspiration and dreams, you wilt. We have so many people walking around who are lifeless and don’t even know it! What is it that inspires you, what do you dream? Or better yet why did you dream and then stop? We do not stop playing and dreaming because we are old; we grow old because we stop playing and dreaming.

The welcome mat is waiting for everyone to live that unqualified Yes! There is more than enough love, joy, happiness, and prosperity – all the gifts, all the blessings to go around. The unqualified love of the universe says to us, “Your wish is my command.” The invitation is clear.Give your unqualified Yes to Life.

When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It’s to enjoy each step along the way. That’s what life is. There’s no way to happiness. Happiness is the way. It’s what you bring to life..

Eliminate Fears – Ready To Eliminate Your Fears?

In my quest to grow my business, I’m always listening to tapes and teleclasses, attending seminars, and reading books written by experts in their field. One thing I’m clear about from everything I’ve learned, if you want to be successful, it’s up to you to make that happen.

Initially, people come to me because they’re not closing enough sales or bringing in enough clients. Before I begin teaching and coaching them to sell more effectively, I want to uncover what’s really stopping them. I know that once I unlock what’s really in the way of moving forward, anything is possible in their businesses.

Early on in working with them, I’m able to identify the fear that’s keeping them from succeeding. Although, we have the potential to achieve anything we want in our lives, as long as we allow “fear” to hold us back, there’s no freedom to pursue our dreams and goals.

So, why do we let fear get in the way?

Brian Tracy, a well-known motivational speaker and author of “Create Your Own Future” says all fears are learned. You did not come into the world with any fears. When you were born, you were completely unafraid and spontaneous. But as you grew up, your parents and people around you began teaching you to be afraid. They began saying things like, “Stop!” “Get away from there!” “No! You can’t do that!”

As a result, at an early age, you started to believe “I’m not good enough.” Soon after you began to develop the first signs of fear of failure, expressed in the words “I can’t!” Henry Ford once said, “If you believe you can do a thing, or you believe you can’t in either case, you’re probably right.”

Dr. Shad Helmstetter, author of “What to Say When You Talk to Yourself,” writes in his book how we’ve been conditioned by repetitive, negative programming through family, friends, and articles we’ve read. He says the brain is like a “programming machine.” It takes what you put into it and after listening to it over and over again, believes the thoughts are real.

It all starts with our programming! It is our programming that sets up our beliefs, and the chain reaction begins. The sequence is as follows: What we believe determines our attitudes, affects our feelings, impacts our behavior, and determines our success or failure. That’s how the brain works.

If you want to manage yourself in a better way, and change your results, you can do so at any time you choose. It starts with changing the programming of your brain through “self-talk.”

Self-talk is a way to override past negative programming by erasing or replacing it with conscious, positive thoughts. It begins with you making the decision to change. Once you’ve made the decision to change, you’re ready to create positive self-talk that will eliminate your fears and move you in the direction you want to go with your business and life.

ASSIGNMENT:

* Make a list of all your goals and dreams.

* Next to each one, write the fear you have that may keep you from achieving the goal or dream.

* Now, start to practice “self-talk” by replacing negative programming with positive thoughts.

* As you create your positive thoughts, begin your statements with “I am, I can, I have, I do, I believe”. By replacing the negative words “I can’t” or “I’m afraid” with positive thoughts, you beginning to reprogram the way you think.

* Once you have written a list of positive thoughts, record what you’ve written into a tape recorder, listen to your positive thoughts daily and also say them aloud.

* This is the process to follow to reprogram your brain.

Eight Stress Banishers

Eight Ways To Diminish Stress At The Job

1. Articulate feelings and passion. Putting stress into words through interaction with colleagues can thwart the seclusion often felt during the later period of burnout. The trade of ideas acts as a shock absorber because sharing and communicating has a exceptional way of relieving anxiety and putting things in perspective.

2. Plan down time. Each one needs breaks away from work. As a substitute of using lunch or coffee breaks to catch up on ongoing or extra work, fritter down time doing something completely distinct to work. Time off is utterly essential in invigorating attitudes and job outlook.

3. Distinguish energy patterns and plan work accordingly. During a regular work day, we all have high and low levels of liveliness. Finding out when high energy levels take place and then scheduling stressful functions only during those times will foil wear out and energy loss.

4. Never schedule more than one taxing pursuit at the same time. This may take some thought and preparation beforehand, but putting up with only one demanding situation at any given time will avert work pileup, make you believe like you’re accomplishing more, and mitigate the stress of’ feeling overworked.

5. Engage in external physical activities. It’s imperative to partake in physical exercise because inspiring the body refreshes the mind. Our brain requires activity by the rest of our body in order to regenerate the senses and enhance performance. Exercise also builds physical resistance and makes us feel better about ourselves. When stagnation sets in, strength and energy are lowered, and the ordinary tendency is to become more vulnerable to physical and emotional distress.

6. Fracture projects down into smaller parts. Some of us have a tendency to become besieged by a project soon after we start it. By cutting a large project down to its particular components, it never looks as arduous or overwhelming. We can then embark upon it piece by piece and never even realize how immense it is until it’s finally done.

7. Delegate accountability. If we’re ever in a position to delegate power to others, we should make it a point to do so. Rather than seize on every problem that comes up, we should allow others to share in problem solving and decision making.

8. Find out how to say no. Don’t feel duty-bound to take on further assignments or do special projects which aren’t mandatory but which cause feelings of anger and hostility. Saying yes all the time makes us feel powerless, while being able to say no gives us a feeling of influence and satisfaction. This isn’t the same as not wanting to get involved and steadfast. Giving ourselves the choice of what we want to be concerned in or committed to is the kind of control we need to have to become anxiety free.
