Anthozoa (&unr_;), n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. 'anqos flower + &unr_; animal.] (Zoöl.) The class of the Cœlenterata which includes the corals and sea anemones. The three principal groups or orders are Acyonaria, Actinaria, and Madreporaria.
