INF the International Nepal Fellowship is a Christian mission serving Nepali people through health and development work [web site: www.inf.org]. This is a trailer for a video in support of INFs Get a life! campaign on behalf of people with disabilities. The campaign is inspired by Jesus words: I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full [John 10:10], and is endorsed by the well-known US Christian writer Philip Yancey.Nepal is one of the poorest countries in the world the incidence of disability is very high and has been made even worse by the countrys Peoples War.The Get a life! video shows how, as well as helping local organisations which work with disabled people, INF provides: specialist care for leprosy, TB, strokes, spinal injuries and deformities; reconstruction following burns, nerve and tendon injuries; prosthetics; medication; surgery; occupational therapy; physiotherapy; speech and language therapy; orthopædic appliances; and health education.INF urgently needs to find funds to continue this vital work and you can helpYou can turn disability into ability. You can help restore a persons dignity. You can give someone their life back.
