Fire Dept Visit 01, Incompetent Manager Appears
I emerged from my shit-hole of an apartment suite to find the fire department in the lobby, after a large amount of water flowed down to the main floor. There was some question of shutting the entire building down immediately, because of the water flow through several electrical panels. Ironically, I was on my way out to collect legal papers, in order to serve the over-management with a residential tenancy proceeding. Upon my eventual return, I did in fact personally serve Helen, one of the two (in my opinion) obviously incompetent managers of three neighbourhood buildings. In Vancouver BC Canada.
