The driver had got out of the car and started pulling me away from him as he called for the ambulance. Everything seemed to slow down and all the noises were muffled. I couldn't help thinking that this was my fault. If I hadn't been stubborn and just forgiven him he wouldn't have chased me and he wouldn't have been hit. I faintly heard sirens in the distance and noticed my lap was getting wet, but I couldn't tell if that was because of the sudden rain shower or because I was crying. I screamed and kicked the driver to get back at Nick. I got turned around and MiGuelle was staring at me terrified."Keira what happened?!""I .. and ... he ..." I couldn't speak properly. I saw the ambulance approach and rushed over to them. They ran to Nick and started connecting all these wires and gave him shocks to get his heart started."IT'S NOT WORKING IS IT!""Calm down miss, we're doing all we can ""BUT IT'S NOT ENOUGH IF HE'S NOT WAKING UP IS IT!" they suddenly appeared with a stretcher and loaded Nick onto it. OH WAIT I'M NOT LEGAL!"You can ride in one of the other ambulances" he gestured to the others. I climbed into one with MiGuelle and the journey to the hospital seemed to take forever. We finally stopped and I flung open the doors. I ran to reception and asked them about Nick."Umm he's just come in hasn't he? You're not allowed to see him, he's in emergency theatre""Th th- th- thea- theatre?! EMERGENCY THEATRE!""Yes, feel free to wait in the waiting room.""FUCK TO HELL I WILL!" I started running down the corridor and followed the signs to the emergency theatre room. I found it and looked through the window in the door. Nick was surrounded by about 10 doctors trying to clean him up, checking him for broken bones and one was giving him the shocks to revive him. Some doctor came behind me and pulled me away to the waiting room. I was too shocked to fight back.2 hours passed of me pacing up and down the carpet and MiGuelle being comforted by Joe who arrived an hour ago with his family after we rung them. I kept jumping on every doctor that passed to see if I could find out about Nick. "Erm .. the Jonas family?" some doctor appeared."YES!" we all jumped up at once."Okay ... well we've been trying to resuscitate Nick Jonas for the past two hours ""TRYING?!""I'm afraid to say we weren't successful.""He's ... dead?" Everyone except me gasped and started to break down."Yes. I'm afraid so." The sobs got louder. I stared into space. This couldn't be happening ... it can't end like this ...
