Finally, I found something fun with that billboard acute angle I found a couple of days ago. I'm going to keep searching for glitches in GTA 3 and VC. So, be prepared for more!
I shot and killed this person as they jumped out of the way of my shots and into the water, resulting in this.. IDK if this is a legit glitch or just a bug but it's annoying.
I hope my next record ending is like this. Was looking at old recorded videos I had and found this and thought I would upload it, IDK. Funny, world record is like a second faster than this would be. Proves...
I found this glitch in a different place but I found that it works here also so... I'm pretty sure that this is possible in many other places. Now just to find out somewhere where it's useful.
